MATERIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR BETTER DESIGN DECISIONS
I founded MATTERIALISTA because material decisions are becoming increasingly complex, while design teams rarely have the time to interrogate every claim, certification and technical document.
We help architects, designers and brands research, assess and compare materials against the priorities of each project. Our consultancy is rooted in a curated physical material library, giving us a hands-on resource for research, comparison and specification.
As an interior design studio, we put this material thinking into practice through exploring how materials perform, how they age and where the trade-offs lie in real projects.
